About me
I am a trauma-informed practitioner with over a decade of experience working with adults and young people in private practice, schools, nature, and community organisations in both Hong Kong and Australia. I’ve worked extensively in online counselling, offering services through employee assistance programs and mental health platforms. My background includes 20 years in professional and financial services, living and working in Australia, the United States, and Hong Kong, which gives me a unique understanding of the multitude of challenges, transitions, emotions and rewards of expatriate life.

My Approach
My client-centred relational approach is strengths-based and grounded in empathy and collaboration. I believe the therapeutic relationship is core to creating a safe space for present moment awareness, reflection, and exploration of a more integrated way of being. While cultivating trust, confidence, and encouraging curiosity as the interactive process unfolds, I support you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, develop insight, and ultimately become your own advisor through healing, growth and self leadership. With an understanding and deep appreciation of the mind-body connection, I integrate attachment theory, parts work, interpersonal neurobiology, somatic and mindfulness techniques to help you navigate stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma recovery, neurodivergence, including ADHD, ASD, and Dyslexia to transform beyond cycles of stress, trauma, disconnection or dysregulation toward wholeness and a felt sense of safety and belonging.
