We take reasonable steps to verify qualifications, professional registrations, and insurance. However, we rely on documentation supplied by therapists and cannot guarantee against falsified documentation.

You are responsible for assessing whether a therapist is suitable for you.

If you are dissatisfied, you may request to change therapist.
