About me

I'm an American psychologist (M.Sc.), an artistic-systemic therapist (DGSF), and the founder of TGR The Green Room in Cologne, Germany. Having experienced five intercontinental moves, I bring a unique, multicultural perspective to my practice. My extensive background as a former professional musician, combined with my experience in international and diverse contexts, has inspired me to develop innovative methods that guide clients towards self-realisation, professional development, transcultural integration, leadership training, career reorientation, and sustainable well-being.

I was born in Israel and came to Germany with my family as a child. As a young adult, I was fascinated by the possibilities of spiritual development, meditated, worked on my own satisfaction and became interested in clinical and philosophical psychology. As a psychologist, I then delved into systemic therapy, depth psychology and humanistic psychology. Towards the end of my studies, I became interested in historical Buddhism, had extended meditation retreats in monasteries and got my doctorate in Historical Buddhism in 2021. After extensive stays abroad, I emigrated to Georgia in 2013 and to Poland in 2015, where I still live. My experiences in Europe, North America and Asia allow me to support clients who live abroad themselves and have to deal with the complex issues of expat life.

After my studies, I initially worked as a management consultant and delved into the depths of corporate cultures. After a steep learning curve, I was too bothered by the corporate concern with efficiency and profit, and that as a consequence many employees suffer from stress. Since then, I have worked as a therapist, as a teacher in universities, and incorporate into my therapeutic work unusually deep insights into the mind.

Privately, I lead a quiet life with my girlfriend outside of Warsaw, with walks, meditation, film classics, philosophical reading and good food.
