Expat Therapy Hub (“ETH”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates as an international therapist directory only. We do not provide therapy, assessments, counselling, diagnosis, treatment, bookings, payments, or clinical services of any kind.

1.1 ETH is a directory and publishing platform that allows independent mental health professionals (“Therapists”) to create profiles and be contacted directly by users.
1.2 ETH does not:

conduct assessments, consultations, or sessions;

manage appointments, fees, or communications between users and Therapists.
1.3 Any relationship formed between a user and a Therapist is strictly between those parties alone.
2. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice
2.1 Content on the Website (including profiles, articles, podcasts, or external links) is provided for general informational purposes only.
2.2 Nothing on the Website constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice.
2.3 You should always seek appropriate professional advice directly from a qualified practitioner before making decisions relating to your mental health.
3. Therapists
3.1 Therapists listed on ETH are independent practitioners and are not employees, agents, or partners of ETH.
3.2 ETH may request proof of identity, address, qualifications, or professional registration from Therapists for verification purposes only.
3.3 Verification does not:

constitute accreditation or endorsement;

guarantee competence, suitability, or outcomes;

replace a user’s responsibility to conduct their own due diligence.
3.4 Therapists are solely responsible for: -
the accuracy of their profiles;

compliance with applicable laws and professional regulations;

handling any personal data they receive directly from users.
4. Users
4.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website.
4.2 You are responsible for:

verifying the suitability of any Therapist;

all communications and arrangements made off the Website;

your decisions following contact with a Therapist.
4.3 ETH does not monitor or record communications between users and Therapists.
5. Third-Party Links and Content

8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ETH from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of:
