About me

I'm an American psychologist (M.Sc.), an artistic-systemic therapist (DGSF), and the founder of TGR The Green Room in Cologne, Germany. Having experienced five intercontinental moves, I bring a unique, multicultural perspective to my practice. My extensive background as a former professional musician, combined with my experience in international and diverse contexts, has inspired me to develop innovative methods that guide clients towards self-realisation, professional development, transcultural integration, leadership training, career reorientation, and sustainable well-being.

I am Italian, but I have spent most of my adult life abroad. When I was 19, I decided to leave the small town in the Italian province where I grew up to start a new life abroad. This new life led me to work in the hospitality industry and travel around the world. Despite the exciting adventures and exposure to different cultures, I began to feel unsatisfied. This dissatisfaction leads me to start an inner journey through the practice of yoga and meditation and travel extensively in Asia. I ultimately decided to change my career and become a yoga and meditation teacher. Even though those practices helped me a lot and changed my life for the better, there were aspects of myself that they didn't address. Some of my personal issues, the trauma, and the emotional wounds were still there, but I wasn't completely aware of it.

I underwent a therapeutic process, which helped me understand the impact of my childhood. This work enabled me to integrate aspects of my personality that I wasn't aware of. Getting to know myself, healing, and making peace with my past led me to choose a new path in life, and I decided to become a therapist.
