My Approach
I work from a gestalt therapy framework, focusing on present-moment experience and the relationship between a client and their environment. My approach is reflective and attentive, creating a safe space to explore emotions, relational patterns, and internal conflicts at your own pace. I integrate principles from contemporary psychological research and emphasize awareness, contact, and self-exploration. Sessions are collaborative, with attention to both experiences and emerging patterns, supporting insight and self-understanding.
Qualifications & Experience
My academic background in psychology began with a Bachelor’s degree at Masaryk University in the Czech Republic, where I received foundational training in psychological theory, research, and applied practice. This education shaped my interest in relational and experiential approaches to psychotherapy.
I am currently completing my Master’s degree in psychology at Charles University in Prague, further developing my clinical thinking and professional competencies. Alongside my academic studies, I am undergoing professional training in gestalt therapy at the International Gestalt Institute (MIG), which provides an experiential and practice-oriented framework for my therapeutic work.
My education is supported by ongoing supervision and continuous professional development.
