Kirsty has a background in engineering having spent 20 years in the petrochemical industry so her path is slightly different than others in this industry. This gives her a unique insight and a more challenging (at times) approach.

Kirsty has been in private practice for over 5 years now and has been working with various charities and employee assistance programmes in that time too.

She has experience with a variety of clients including clients who have suffered loss, experiencing depression and anxiety. She has experience in working with clients with PTSD and C-PTSD. She has supported clients with late diagnosis of autism and ADHD, cancer diagnosis and also end of life support.
