Professional counsellor and art counsellor, registered with BACP in the UK and REICO in Italy, and student of Clinical Psychology. In his work, he supports people in taking practical steps towards a life lived with greater freedom, authenticity, and harmony, while navigating relationships, life changes and choices and difficult times. Valerio is Italian, but has lived in the UK for 8 years and China for a few months, putting him in touch with different cultures and lifestyles, and living first hand the difficulty of being an expat and away from one's roots. Integration, authenticity, vulnerability and connectedness are his core values, which he puts in his daily practice.
